Our commitment
In Memo LLC ("Mémo," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to making in-memo.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition software, or keyboard-only navigation. We believe everyone should be able to browse, learn about, and purchase our products without barriers, and we view accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time fix.
Standards we aim for
We're working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely accepted standard for web accessibility. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.
What we're doing
- Structuring pages with semantic HTML and clear heading hierarchy
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful images
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds
- Supporting keyboard navigation for interactive elements like menus and forms
- Testing periodically with automated tools and manual review as the site evolves
This is an ongoing process. As we add new features or update the site, we review them for accessibility and make improvements where we fall short.
Known limitations
No website is completely free of accessibility barriers, and ours is no exception. If you encounter content or functionality that's inaccessible to you, we want to know so we can fix it — see below.
