This policy is issued by In Memo LLC ("Mémo," "we," "us," or "our"), a California limited liability company operating in Los Angeles. It explains what personal information we collect through in-memo.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights available to you — including under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

When you use this site, we may collect:

• Email address — when you submit it through our signup form, along with the date and time of signup.
• Bot-protection signals — our fraud-prevention provider, Cloudflare (Turnstile), automatically collects technical signals such as your IP address and device/browser characteristics to verify you're not a bot.
• Basic server logs — our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically logs standard technical data (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for security and operational purposes.
• Aggregate traffic data — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool, to see how many people visit this site, which pages they view, and where traffic comes from. It doesn't use cookies or track you individually across visits.

We don't collect names, payment details, or any other personal information through this site.

If you're located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, our legal bases are:

• Consent — you affirmatively submit your email to join our list, and can withdraw that consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests — for bot prevention, fraud protection, and keeping the site secure and operational.

• Sending updates about Mémo — including launches and early access — by email
• Preventing automated abuse of our signup form
• Maintaining the security and reliability of our website

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We share limited data with service providers who help us run this site, each acting under their own privacy commitments:

• Klaviyo, Inc. — our email marketing platform, which stores your email address and email engagement data.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — provides Turnstile, our bot- and fraud-prevention service, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics tool we use to see aggregate traffic like page views and referrers.
• Vercel Inc. — hosts this website and processes standard server logs.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Our service providers may process your information in the United States or other countries outside your own. Where required, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed, and for a limited period afterward to honor unsubscribe/suppression requests, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

If you're in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to:

• Request erasure of your information
• Restrict or object to our processing

Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies or use similar device signals to verify you're human. Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless and doesn't set any cookies. We don't currently use advertising cookies on this site. Your choice on our cookie notice is remembered in your browser's local storage, not a cookie.

This site isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
